Webflow
Add a cookie consent banner with Google Consent Mode v2 to Webflow using the Consentful app — it runs inside the Designer and publishes to your site's custom code.
Install the app
Install Consentful from Webflow Apps and authorize it for your site.
Open it in the Designer
In the Webflow Designer, open the Apps panel (press E) and launch Consentful.
Connect and activate
On the Publish tab, click Connect Webflow if asked. Approve access in the new tab, close that tab, then click Re-check — the pill turns Connected. Paste your license key on the activation screen; your site's domain is picked up automatically.
Publish
Design your banner, then click Publish in Consentful. It installs the banner into your site's custom code. Finally, publish your Webflow site.
*.webflow.io addresses show the full banner and never use one of your sites, once activated with a key (a free key works).
Good to know
- Only people who can edit the site in the Designer can publish or remove the banner — Consentful checks this with Webflow on every change.
- Remove on the Publish tab takes the banner off your site's custom code.
