Subprocessors

The service providers The Plugins Company uses to run Consentful, what each one does and where. We will update this page before adding a new subprocessor that processes customer personal data.
Infrastructure and hosting
- Vercel (USA) — hosts this website and dashboard.
- Render (USA) — runs our API and license service.
- Neon (USA/EU) — database for accounts, licenses and domains.
- Cloudflare (global) — runs our platform integrations (Webflow, Shopify), stores banner settings for Webflow sites, and file storage.
- Upstash (global) — short-lived rate-limit counters to protect the API.
- jsDelivr (global CDN) — delivers the banner script to your visitors (not used by the WordPress plugin, which serves its own copy).
Payments
- Dodo Payments — merchant of record: checkout, payments, tax and invoices.
- Resend (USA) — sends account and service emails. If it is unavailable, one of these backup providers may send them: Plunk, Loops, Brevo, Mailtrap, Postmark or Twilio SendGrid.
Monitoring and analytics
- Sentry (USA) — error monitoring for the website and API.
- PostHog (USA/EU) — website analytics, only for visitors who accept analytics cookies.
